Position Title:  Clinical Support Assistant

Primary Service Center:  Pediatric Medical Home/Call Center
Work Hours:  Full-Time (40 hours per week), some evenings & Saturdays may be required.
FLSA Status:  Non-Exempt (Hourly)

Requirements: Rocking Horse Center seeks professional, top-performing candidates for these customer service positions  Requirements include an outgoing, positive attitude; a consistent focus on providing excellent customer service; strong attention to accuracy and detail; and the ability to multitask while maintaining positive working relationships with co-workers in a fast paced environment. 

Position Summary:  Full-time positions responsible for supporting clinical operations at Rocking Horse Community Health Center. The primary responsibilities of these position include ensuring all incoming telephone calls are answered in a courteous, friendly and efficient manner, and routing or scheduling the caller appropriately; and/or greeting patients at the front desk; directing them appropriately; performing check-in and check-out for patients using practice management computer system; collecting accurate information and entering data; verifying insurance and collecting co-pays; using various office machines; maintaining electronic health records (EHR) and charts; general filing either by hand or electronically, including scanning of documents to EHR system; and performing other duties as assigned.
