Social Services
Rocking Horse Community Health Center provides social services and outreach for our patients and their families. In addition to accepting donations of gently used clothing, books and coats, Rocking Horse also works with the community to provide extra gifts for our pediatric patients over the holidays’ through our Angel Tree program and school supplies for our pediatric patients through the Back to School Drive.

Prescription Assistance
Community Mercy Med Assist in collaboration with Rocking Horse Community Health Center provides a staff Med Assist Coordinator to meet with patients and help them complete eligibility paperwork for free medications through national drug companies.
Medicaid Assistance
Job & Family Services of Clark County in collaboration with Rocking Horse Community Health Center provides Medicaid Caseworkers on site to meet with patients to determine eligibility for Medicaid through the state of Ohio.
