All of our services are delivered by compassionate professionals who are deeply dedicated to improving the physical, emotional and behavior well-being of each and every patient. The services we offer are Pediatric Care, Adult Care, Prenatal Care, Family Practice, Behavioral Health & Counseling, Substance use treatment, Dental Services, Chiropractic Services, Patient Advocacy & Resources, and an onsite Pharmacy too. We currently serve Clark and Champaign county regions, partner with the Second Harvest Food Bank, and operate a mobile health bus.
