Dr. Andrew Straw

Working with patients over a period of time and investing the necessary attention to help them achieve results they never thought possible is what Dr. Andrew Straw likes best about being at Rocking Horse Community Health Center. Dr. Straw is currently an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Cedarville University, and before joining the RHCHC and Cedarville University team, Dr. Straw held a residency position in Milbank, SD along with South Dakota State University and Lewis Family Drug. Dr. Straw’s professional interests include diabetes education and management, ambulatory care, transition of care, respiratory disorders, and interdisciplinary collaboration. He received his Doctorate of Pharmacy from Ohio Northern University and is currently in PGY-1 Community Pharmacy Residency. When he’s not working with patients, Dr. Straw enjoys hunting, fishing, biking, woodworking, softball, golf, and gardening.
