Lisa Saunders

Lisa is our Director of Quality for Rocking Horse Community Health Center. She has an Associates Degree in Applied Science and has an extensive clinical history in Long Term Rehabilitation Facility, clinical administration, Radiology Billing, Phlebotomy, Child Care and Photography.  Lisa is a Springfield, Ohio native and currently resides in Springfield.  Her professional interest are Quality Improvement and Quality Assurance, Risk Management, Safety, Patient Care and Accessibility, Infection Control, Driving the Mission of RHCHC forward, and ensuring Equity to all patient and staff processes.  Personally, Lisa enjoys spending time with family and friends, Photography, Creating and Consuming all types of Art, Hiking, Biking and being in nature.  I am a person that likes to chase my curiosity.  If it peaks my curiosity I will try it at least once. The most enjoyable aspect of Lisa’s work is digging into a project with my team or another department’s team members to tackle an issue.  Bringing together the minds and hearts of the team to work towards a successful outcome is so rewarding.  Lisa enjoys seeing the data behind the projects that we are working on to truly see the progression towards better quality of care for our patients.  Lisa gets fulfillment hearing a patient or employees’ testimony on how a change we made together positively affected them.
