Rocking Horse partners with community organizations to put our patient’s health goals at the forefront. Patient Advocates can help connect you with available resources for housing, employment, guardianship, applying for cash, food and medical assistance, applying for daycare, transportation, prescription assistance, utility assistance, and more.
